Terms of Service

Last updated: August 15, 2026
This document was drafted as a starting template for PayHub's launch and has not been reviewed by a licensed attorney. Given that PayHub processes cryptocurrency payments, you should have these terms reviewed by a lawyer familiar with money-transmission and fintech regulation in your jurisdiction before relying on them.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of PayHub (the "Service"), operated at arcaud.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you ("Reseller", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What PayHub is

PayHub is a payment-gateway API and dashboard that lets you accept cryptocurrency payments (USDT over BEP20 and TRC20, with additional networks added over time) from your own customers, and integrate that acceptance into your own billing system (such as DHRU Fusion).

2. Non-custodial model — PayHub never holds your funds

PayHub does not take custody of, control, or hold cryptocurrency on your behalf at any point. Customer payments are sent directly, on-chain, to receiving wallet addresses that you configure and control. PayHub's role is limited to: generating a unique payment amount per invoice, detecting the matching on-chain transaction, and notifying your system (via webhook and API) that payment was received. You are solely responsible for the security, backup, and custody of your own wallets and private keys — PayHub never asks for, stores, or has access to your wallet's private keys.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet addresses you configure. PayHub is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect or compromised address you provided.
  • You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your own business, including know-your-customer (KYC), anti-money-laundering (AML), tax, and consumer-protection obligations toward your own customers.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API key, private key, and account password confidential. You are liable for all activity performed using your credentials.
  • You must not use the Service for illegal purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.

4. Irreversibility of blockchain transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. PayHub cannot reverse, cancel, or refund a transaction after it has been broadcast to the network. If a customer sends an incorrect amount, sends to the wrong network, or sends after an invoice has expired, PayHub will not automatically credit or refund that payment — reconciling it is your responsibility as the receiving wallet's owner.

5. Plans, fees, and quotas

Your plan determines your daily invoice quota and available features. PayHub may introduce, modify, or retire plans and pricing with reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Account suspension and termination

PayHub may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a security risk to the Service or its other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Service availability

PayHub is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, blockchain-network congestion, or third-party API outages (including but not limited to BscScan, TronGrid, or Binance Pay).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayHub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost cryptocurrency, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
